Humble Beginnings of MFM Ejigbo LR7
MOUNTAIN OF FIRE AND MIRACLES MINISTRIES, LAGOS REGION 7, EJIGBO is one of the first set of branches established by the MFM International Headquarters, Yaba. The branch started as house fellowship Centre at Jakande housing estate, in the house of Pastor Robert in May, 1998.
Within a short period of time the House Fellowship membership grew beyond the available space and was moved to New Covenant School in Jakande Estate.
Pastor Robert was transferred to Isolo to start a new House Fellowship meanwhile the Ejigbo House Fellowship Centre now led by Brother Austin became a branch on December 20, 1998 at
20 Ailegun Road, Opposite Ronik Polytechnic, Ile-Epo bus stop, Ejigbo, Lagos.
After sometime the branch became a zone under the old administrative structure of MFM, it was (ZONE4) Pastor Austin, a Zonal Pastor, was assisted by Pastor Bashorun and Pastor Olusanya.
Ejigbo church at the time was the only MFM church within Oshodi- Isolo axis up to Mushin, Egbeda, Ipaja, Idimu, Iba and Ikotun amongst others and for this reason each Sunday service recorded high population of worshipers from far and near and that cumulatively kept the population per service quite high to the Glory of God.
The church covers a land mass of 6 plots (an acre of land). This comprises of four plots of land of the main auditorium and two plots of land of the youth, the teenage and the children churches respectively.
The population of the church kept increasing exponentially. And this prompted the international headquarters to mandate the establishment of branches from the church.
Jakande Branch was the first branch created, followed by Isolo, Igando branches (all now regions) etc. in all the church birth more than 45 branches. Most of these branches are now Regions and Mega Regions, Glory be to God!
Just like the early church, members of the church have strong bond of love, togetherness and unity among them.
These spiritual virtues sparked up a great fire of revival, which resulted in an unusual flow and Move of the Spirit within the church and its environs. There was manifestation of the power of God to the extent that the church became a major healing ground and deliverance centre for all and sundry.

Old Look of the Church
Ailegun which means we accommodate masquerades ironically became a danger zone for all satanic forces to the extent that demon possess persons while passing by will begin to fall under the anointing and start manifesting. The devil himself knows that the power of God dominates Lagos region 7 Ejigbo. It is to this end that the church was given an appellation as, “EJIGBO, WHERE THE DEVIL CRIES”.
The Holy Ghost is still at work as of old in the church. The Lord has and He is still using many of his generals to positively transform, advance, expand, develop and impact the church for His glory. These are:

3. Pastor Uche Umerah. (Late)
4. Pastor Joshua kanyi Attiogbe. (R.O)
5. Pastor Wole Daniels. (R.O)
6. Pastor Ezekiel ‘Lekan Akinbo. (R.O)
7. Pastor Owolabi John Olaitan. (R.O)
The 7th Pastor, Pastor Owolabi J. Olaitan came in with a Prophetic Mandate to Perfect, Restructure and Restore the Glory of God as of old in MFM LR7 EJIGBO. At his assumption of office, the revival fire has been greatly rekindled within the region, Praise be the name of the Lord.
The Region has undergone major restructuring in which includes the recommendation, consideration and approval of Promotion for those long overdue; 6 Pastors were made Regional Overseers and 3 regions were carved out within a year.
